Having been led as we believe by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus as our Lord and Savior, with the profession of our faith in God, being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, we do now proclaim in the presence of witnessing angels the call and duty of this Covenant with a body of believers as members of this local congregation of Christ.
As we walk in the calling of Jesus Christ as our Lord and our Savior, and as the head of the Church, our commission is to teach God’s word with sound doctrine, with truth, and in love, that brings healing and deliverance to this body of believers.
We are called by God to build up the body of Christ through deliverance with love, joy, peace, faith, meekness, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, and temperance. As believers we are to tear down false doctrine, witchcraft, fornication, adultery, hatred, and other such workers of darkness.
We engage to watch over one another in brotherly love, to remember our brothers and sisters in prayer and supplication unto God for their souls. We are to activate Christian love in watching the feelings of others, in integrity, and in the spirit of excellence that shows forth the work of God. We are to respect those that are in authority over our souls, who is always able to give reproof and correction in love, even so having our household in right standing with God, our spouse, and our children as well as the church home.
We engage to impact a generation of believers that will live by faith and prayer that will bring prosperity and wholeness. To raise up a people that will become witnesses of God’s word according to the book of Acts, a people that will move into the prophetic calling and anointing for miracles, signs, and wonders that follow them that believe and to exemplify the full potential of God through man.
